Rogers State University senior Victoria Middleton (left) was presented a plaque of appreciation on behalf of the OU Board of Regents for her service as Student Government Association president during the 2022-23 academic year.
The plaque was presented to Middleton April 21 on RSU’s campus in Claremore. RSU President Dr. Larry Rice (right) made the presentation on behalf of the OU Board of Regents.
