ROAR Day is Coming! Join Us on the Hill!
What is ROAR Day? ROAR (RSU Orientation, Advising, and Registration) Day is the purrfect way to take the next step to becoming a Hillcat. Attending a ROAR event is required for all incoming admitted freshmen. You must attend all sessions on your selected ROAR date. You are required to be present for the entire duration of the event.
Parents and family members are encouraged to attend as well. We can’t wait to see you ‘On the Hill’!
Incoming students for the Fall 2024-25 semester attending ROAR will:
- get a FREE t-shirt
- meet with an advisor and enroll in classes
- learn about student resources
- get tips and tricks on how to thrive in college
- attend a Q&A session with current students
- check in with financial aid
- check out student housing and dining information
- chat with different departments and student organizations
- get your RSU student ID made
- meet future Hillcat friends
Dates & Registration
Students must be admitted to Rogers State University to register for ROAR. ROAR is required for all incoming admitted freshmen. Registration is required. Limited space available.
Check in for each day will be in the Rotunda of the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center on the Claremore Campus (#27 the campus map).
Register for one of the following dates:
- Saturday, April 6 | 8 am – 4 pm | This date is full.
- Thursday, April 18 | 5 pm – 9 pm | This date is full.
- Saturday, May 4 | 8 am – 4 pm | This date is full.
- Thursday, May 23 | 8 am – 4 pm | This date is full.
- Wednesday, June 12 | 5 pm – 9 pm | This date is full.
- Friday, June 14 | 8 am – 4 pm | This date is full.
- Tuesday, June 18 | 8 am – 4 pm | Register
- Thursday, June 20 | 8 am – 4 pm | Register
- Monday, June 24 | 8 am – 4 pm | Register
- Wednesday, June 26 | 8 am – 4 pm | Register
- Tuesday, July 9 | 5 pm – 9 pm | Register
- Thursday, July 11 | 8 am – 4 pm | Register
- Monday, July 22 | 8 am – 4 pm | Register
- Wednesday, July 24 | 8 am – 4 pm | Register
- Friday, August 2 | 8 am – 4 pm | Register
- Friday, August 9 | 8 am – 4 pm | Register
