Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature Honors Late RSU Student

The Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature has passed a joint resolution honoring the late Ofelia “Ofe” Chavoya, a recent Rogers State University graduate who was recognized as a public servant and honorable distinguished delegate.
