Associate in Arts in Secondary Education
The Associate in Arts in Secondary Education degree is intended to prepare students for a career in teaching grades six through twelve. The program is designed to provide the student with the first two years of general requirements to transfer to a four-year program. Secondary school majors may specialize in English-Language Arts, Science, Mathematics, Business, Social Science, and Fine Arts. Students should meet with the program coordinator for advisement.
