    What would you say to someone who is struggling? The Send Silence Packing exhibit travels the country in an effort to end the silence that oftentimes surrounds mental illness and suicide, opening the door for much-needed conversations.

    In addition to opening the door to oftentimes difficult conversations, this event will feature community resources such as GRAND Mental Health, Tristesse Grief Center, 988, Indian Health Services, Light of Hope, and RSU Counseling Services.
