RSU to Teach Dual Credit Science Courses at NTC’s Pryor Campus

Students in and near Pryor have the opportunity to earn high school and college credit through science courses at Northeast Technology Center taught by Rogers State University faculty.

General Cellular Biology and Anatomy and Physiology will be offered at the NTC Pryor campus.

High school students will be able to earn up to nine hours of college science credit through the concurrent enrollment program, while satisfying high school graduation requirements.

Concurrently enrolled high school students will pay no tuition for these classes. To earn dual credit, high school students must meet concurrent enrollment requirements.

The courses also are open to adult students in NTC’s Health Careers or Practical Nursing programs. The courses are designed to meet college general education requirements and fulfill prerequisites for most RN degree programs.

Adult students must meet college admission requirements to enroll in these courses. NTC students will receive textbooks for these classes at no charge.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with morning and afternoon options available. For more information, contact NTC at (918) 825-5555.
