All RSU campuses will be closed on Monday, Jan. 18, 2016, to honor the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day federal holiday. The holiday was inadvertently left out of the spring 2016 class schedule, but was included in the university’s academic planning calendar.
While the university offices are closed, RSU students, faculty and staff will be participating in service projects that day as part of the university’s larger MLK Week of Service, which is one of the largest service activities in the area. The week of events promotes and encourages opportunities for cultural, intellectual and personal enrichment for the university and the communities it serves.
