RSU Master of Science in Community Counseling (MSCC) students last week celebrated Dr. Kathy Hoppe upon her earning a second doctorate degree. Hoppe already held a Doctor of Ministry from Oral Roberts University but recently completed a Doctor of Education in community care, counseling and trauma from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. She also holds Diplomate status in the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. Hoppe is an associate professor in RSU’s Department of Psychology and Sociology.
