UVC includes nearly 85,000-square-foot in its three-story building with other amenities that include lounge spaces, study rooms, a community kitchen, laundry facilities, outdoor fire pit and game room.

With the expansion, RSU now can house more than 800 students on-campus with options suited for all students — from first-time freshmen to students with families. The additional housing further solidifies RSU’s position as the only public university with on-campus housing in the Tulsa metropolitan area.
