The Rogers State University enrollment offices and select academic support offices will be open extended hours to help students get ready for the fall semester, which begins August 16.
Offices in the Markham Hall Enrollment Center at RSU Claremore will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 10 through Thursday, Aug. 12 for students wishing to register, enroll, address financial aid inquiries or make payment arrangements. The offices will also be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17 through Thursday, Aug. 19. RSU campuses in Bartlesville and Pryor will also be open to accommodate enrollment and advising services.
Additionally, the RSU Bookstore will be open Aug. 9-20 with expanded hours to allow students to purchase books and supplies. The hours of operation will be Monday and Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturday, Aug. 14 the bookstore will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Faculty advisors, along with advisement and enrollment specialists for the School of Arts and Sciences and the School of Professional Studies, will be available during the extended hours.
For students who need assistance with password resets and other technology support issues, the RSU Help Desk is regularly open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. The RSU Help Desk can be reached at [email protected] or 918-343-7538.
