Creative Showcase: Featuring a Celebration of Diversity

    creative showcase

RSU Libraries and SGA's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee invite you to contribute your original creative works to our Spring 2021 Creative Showcase.  This year’s showcase centers on celebrating diversity and will feature a physical display located in the Stratton Taylor Library on the Claremore campus from Monday, April 18th through the end of the semester, as well as a one night only virtual exhibition on Tuesday, April 20th at 6pm to allow creators to perform or discuss their work.

In recognition of the broad range of cultural, racial, ethnic, religious, sexual, gender, neurodivergent, and mentally and physically diverse identities present within this university, the goal for this event is to highlight the talents, voices, and contributions of RSU’s diverse population through a multimedia display.  Examples of pieces that can be submitted include, but are not limited to, poetry, paintings, drawings, digital arts, sculpture, writing, monologues, song, dance, photography, weaving, quilting, and other textile works.

RSU Students, Faculty, and Staff are encouraged to secure your spot in this Showcase now. With respect to privacy, submissions may remain anonymous if desired.
