How to Apply for a Scholarship
Your application for admission serves as an application for an Academic Tuition Waiver. These academic scholarships are awarded based on an applicant’s GPA, test scores, and date of admission. Priority consideration will be given to students admitted by March 1. Eligible applicants admitted after March 1 will be placed on a waiting list and awarded as funds become available.
Students must meet all scholarship requirements to be considered:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be an Oklahoma resident
- Must be enrolled as a full-time degree seeking student
- Must be a first-time incoming Freshman
- Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Scholarship Renewal Requirements
- Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above
- Must be enrolled as a full-time degree seeking student
- Must successfully complete a minimum of 24 credit hours each academic year
- Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each academic year
- Honors Program
- President’s Leadership Class
