The Hillcat Hacker Golf Tournament is a fun-filled golf event played amidst the hazards of Rogers State University’s scenic Claremore campus.
The game features special nondestructive golf balls and is designed for pros, amateurs and hackers alike. Knowledge of the game is helpful but is not necessary. A tip sheet and Hacker Caddies will be available.
Funds raised from the Hillcat Hacker will be used for our Alumni Endowment Scholarship fund and future alumni activities.
Sponsorship Levels
Eagle – $2,500
- Logo and name on main event banners, gift and promotional materials
- Signs on two holes/tee boxes (1st and 18th)
- Recognition as a presenting sponsor in press releases related to the event
- Two teams of four (lunches, gift and green fees included)
Birdie – $1,000
- Logo and name on promotional materials
- Signs on two holes/tee boxes
- Recognition as a sponsor in press releases related to the event

Par – $500
- Name on event promotional materials
- Sign on one hole/tee box
- Recognition as a sponsor in press releases related to the event

Practice Green – $200
- One sign on green
- One individual entry including lunch and gift
Hole/Tee Box – $150
- Sign on one hole/tee box
Entry Fees
Team – $400
- One team of four includes lunches, gift and green fees
Individual – $100
- Individual entry includes one lunch, gift and green fee
Mulligans/Strings
- $5 each or four mulligans and one string for $20
- For each mulligan or string purchased, you also receive a raffle ticket
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded individually by the process of a random drawing at the conclusion of the tournament. Raffle tickets will be given to each golfer for registering, purchasing of mulligans and strings, recording a hole-in-one, and/or finishing in the top three teams. Opportunities to win or buy additional tickets will be available to golfers or other attendees throughout the event. Winners need not be present to win.
Awards
Certificates and raffle tickets will be awarded to the winning team. Raffle prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the event, and winners will not have to be present to win.
Registration
Golfers will check in at the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center Patio. Golf balls and scorecards will be provided and clubs will be available. Mulligans and strings can be purchased.
