University Village C (UVC) is designated for freshmen level students.

UVC can accommodate more than 300 campus residents. All units, except the RA rooms, have two residents sharing a living space that includes two beds, two desks, two desk chairs, two built-in closets, a microwave, mini-refrigerator and a vanity area with a sink and mirror.
Five units are clustered together into small community spaces, or โpods,โ that share a bathroom space with two showers, two toilets, two sinks with countertop space, and private locking cubicle for each person. The bathrooms have controlled access so that facilities are used only by the assigned residents. Bathrooms are professionally cleaned by the University three days a week.
The building is card access only and monitored with security cameras throughout common areas. UVC features three lounge spaces and three study rooms per floor, an outdoor fire pit, a full kitchen for residents to use, a game room and laundry room.

Meet Your RAs
Resident Assistants (RAs) are live-in students trained and dedicated to making your RSU experience the best it can be. Each RA has a specific area of the apartment community for which he/she is responsible. The RAs coordinate area and community-wide social, educational, and recreational activities. At least one RA is available to you 24 hours a day as a community resource.
As RAs, we hope to educate residents and students of their full potential as responsible adults, motivate them to accomplish their life goals, encourage them whenever life wears them down, empower them to turn their dreams into a reality. We try to accomplish all of these things and more by participating in campus events and activities, and connecting on a peer to peer basis with our residents.
