This micro-credential provides individuals with communication and conflict resolution skills applicable in the work place and in everyday life. Coupled with essential communication skills, students are guided through an investigation of many negotiation topics and tools such as the nature of conflict, approaches to conflict, power and culture in relation to conflict, resolving conflict, and engaging conflict through in-depth study and discussion and/or real-world role play exercises.
