This Law for Managers & Entrepreneurs micro-credential indicates competency of key legal and ethical issues in business. It is designed to prepare learners to manage businesses with knowledge of legal issues including foundational areas of the law, formation of business organizations, contracts, employment law, intellectual property, government regulation and property. Principles of real estate incorporates the legal rights and interests in real property, conveyance of title of real property, real estate and brokerage contracts, along with mortgages and foreclosures. Beyond legal compliance, ethics and ethical decision making skills will prepare learners for a professional career with integrity.
