About the Program

RSU’s A.S. in Criminal Justice gives you the foundation to serve your community through law enforcement, legal work, or corrections. Learn from seasoned faculty with real-world experience, explore the criminal justice system from multiple perspectives, and build the skills you’ll need to protect, defend, and make a difference.

Whether you choose the Law/Justice option or the Collegiate Officer Program (COP), you’ll be immersed in theory and hands-on training. Our COP program is CLEET-certified, allowing you to earn your peace officer certification while earning your associate degree—a powerful combination that gets you into the field faster.
