There’s nothing quite like the excitement of a bustling university campus, and campus visits give you the opportunity to meet both current and prospective students, talk to professors, and view the modern dorm rooms where you’ll live alongside your peers.
Convenient Campus Visits
We know that as a student or a working professional, your personal and work schedule can be hectic—especially on weekdays. That’s why we offer college visits on one Saturday each month.
Experience campus life with walking tours, exploring housing options for Hillcats along the way. These flexible, weekend college visits are just one of the ways we make a quality education accessible to every type of student.
High school educators and admissions counselors are welcome to schedule school group campus visits of five or more students, during which you can purchase a meal at one of our dining halls.

Campus Tour Events
From coding and education to psychology and nursing, RSU offers a huge variety of majors for you to delve into the topics that make you passionate. We also hold many themed visit events specifically for students interested in majoring in certain disciplines.

Some of the college campus tour events we hold include:
ROAR DAY ENROLLMENT EVENT
ROAR enrollment events (RSU Orientation, Advising, and Registration) are the next step to becoming a Hillcat. After being admitted to RSU, you can attend ROAR to meet with an advisor and enroll in classes. You will learn about resources and get tips on how to thrive in college. At the end of the day, you will also receive your RSU student ID.
Best of all, you can learn from current Hillcats during a Q&A session. You can also meet other incoming students and make lasting friendships that can help you succeed as a Hillcat. We encourage parents and family members to attend as well.
HILLCAT PREVIEW DAYS
Hillcat Preview Days are RSU’s open house events where students can learn about RSU, get a tour of campus, speak with faculty and students, and eat lunch. This is the perfect opportunity to learn what sets RSU apart from others.
