Group of people holding a check.TTCU The Credit Union on Thursday made a check presentation to Rogers State University President Dr. Larry Rice to be used to support the university and its students.

Bryan Bradley, TTCU branch manager for Claremore, presented the check to Dr. Rice during a campus visit to the new Chapman Dining Hall on the Claremore campus.

The TTCU donation represents proceeds raised from users of the RSU Hillcat-branded Visa Check Card, available from the credit union as part of its School Pride program.

The program provides its beneficiary schools with a small donation for every time a user swipes a school-branded card. RSU School Pride cards are available from any TTCU branch.

“We’re honored to offer the TTCU School Pride program as a fun, easy way for students, employees, alumni and parents to show their school loyalty with every purchase they make,” Bradley said. “TTCU has been partnering with great schools like Rogers State that are making a difference for students in Green Country.”

Since its inception in 2007, schools in northeastern Oklahoma have received more than $420,000 in donations through the program.

“TTCU has been a great community partner for RSU, and we appreciate Bryan and the whole TTCU family for supporting Rogers State and our students,” Dr. Rice said.
