As an RSU graduate, advising students gives me the opportunity to directly help them succeed in a way I couldn’t as a student, and I can empathize with the issues students run into during their college education.
I enjoy being able to work one-on-one with students to make individualized plans, which I think gives them a better chance of reaching their goals. I know from experience that RSU is such a tight-knit community, and it’s full of people excited to see their students and employees succeed.
