Billie KorsunskiyBillie Korsunskiy is Manager of HR Shared Services for ConocoPhillips in (Bartlesville). Billie began her career with Phillips Petroleum in 1991 and filled various Human Resource corporate roles in the United States and overseas, living and working in Alaska, Oklahoma, Texas, and internationally in Norway and Russia. Following the ConocoPhillips merger in 2002, she was a business partner in the new corporate headquarters in Houston. In 2005, Billie transferred to Moscow, Russia, where she became the HR Manager, Russia & Caspian Region.  From 2009-2014, Billie worked in Anchorage, Alaska, as the HR Manager for the Alaska Business Unit, and assumed her current role as Manager, HR Shared Services in 2015.  Including an internship in 1990, this is her fifth assignment in Bartlesville. Billie graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.  She currently serves on the board of directors for the Salvation Army of Bartlesville and Jane Phillips Hospital. 

Andria McColloughAndria McCollough is Vice President of Human Resources for Truity Credit Union.  Since assuming this position in 2007, she has led the organization’s cultural development team, internal communications team, and created the Talent Development Program, a career development strategy to explore employee’s personal and professional growth opportunities.  Some of Andria’s favorite activities include developing emerging leadership talent and seeing staff flourish in their careers.  She has over 20 years experience in the Human Resources field and working for area non-profits as an Executive Director for the l local American Red Cross and the Campaign and Marketing Director for the Bartlesville Regional United Way. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Business Management and is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and Certified Behavioral Consultant in DISC, a system which allows people to connect and communicate on a deeper level as the result of understanding one another’s behavioral differences.  

April-WhitsonApril Whitson is Human Resources Manager at ABB (Bartlesville). She is a strategic HR Partner for 400+ employees located in three facilities as well as remote workforce across the US. She is engaged with employees who work in manufacturing, engineering, and sales, assisting them with their needs in coaching, development, health care, compensation, wellness, and more. She conducts career coaching with high potentials to assist with the company’s strategy to have the best people in the right places. April graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and with a Master’s degree in Management and Information Systems. She was an Adjunct Professor for 5 years at Friends University, teaching an adult studies program that covered in-depth human resource management topics. Over her 20 year career in human resources, she has worked as an HR Manager at Cessna Aircraft Company and Amazon. She has been with ABB for 4 years.

Leslie-SexsonLeslie Sexson is the College and Career Counselor at Bartlesville High School supervising the BHS Internship program where students work in a business related to their career choice. She is part of the team leading the implementation of Individual Career Academic Planning for every student. Leslie is passionate about helping students identify their inner talents and connect to education and careers. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education and Science from OSU as well as a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from NSU.
