The following list of off-campus resources is provided as a convenient service for RSU’s single mother students. The University does not endorse these resources or the services they provide. Please let us know if you have suggestions for other off-campus resources that might be helpful.
Department of Human Services
Provides food benefits (SNAP), temporary cash assistance (TANF), services for persons with developmental disabilities, adult protective services, child welfare programs, child support services, and child care assistance, licensing and monitoring.
Rogers County Youth Services
Provides an emergency adolescent shelter, family counseling, parenting classes, and community events to serve the Rogers County community by strengthening youth and families.
Habitat for Humanity
Partners with families in need to build decent, affordable homes.
Community Action Resource & Development (CARD)
CARD’s mission is to bring together resources to reduce poverty, revitalize low-income communities, and empower low-income people to attain the skills, education, and opportunities to become self-sufficient.
Good Samaritan Ministry
Our office hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and we are located at 715 OK-88, Claremore, OK 74017.

Bridge for the Future Rogers County
A community benefit organization whose purpose is to reduce poverty in Claremore and Rogers County.
