Our Mission

Invest in women by instilling the skills necessary to navigate life, and inspire members to enrich their own lives and the lives of others.

Our Vision

Alpha Sigma Tau empowers women to excel in life.

Our Core Values

  • Intellect
  • Excellence
  • Graciousness
  • Respect
  • Connections

AST RSU

Our local Chapter is the Epsilon Delta Chapter and was founded in late 2005.

Dues

  • Our active members pay $310 to cover National and Local Chapter Dues.
  • Our New Members pay $375 to cover National Dues.
  • Prices vary based on how many girls are in the sorority. The more sisters, the less the cost!

Philanthropy

As members of Alpha Sigma Tau, we continually rededicate ourselves to contribute our share to the progress of mankind, and social service is a vital aspect of our lives and our sisterhood. Alpha Sigma Tau’s National Philanthropy is the Women’s Wellness Initiative.

Our Active Members are required to complete a total of 6 hours a semester volunteering.

Academics

Alpha Sigma Tau members are challenged to strive to achieve their highest academic potential by focusing on academic achievement through incentive programs, study programs, time management education, tutorial assistance, and more. Intellectual development and academic success are the primary reasons for attending an institution of higher education, therefore Alpha Sigma Tau requires all members to hold a minimum GPA of a 2.5.
