In its young 20 year history as a university, Rogers State University has become a contributor to the development of an emerging force in the higher education climate of Oklahoma. RSU and the School of Arts and Sciences have inserted into the workforce of Oklahoma hundreds of graduates that contribute to the quality of life we strive to improve in northeast Oklahoma.

We are proud to be a small part of career aspirations of many doctors, pharmacists, teachers, physical therapists, dental hygienists, scientists, medical professionals, counselors, artists, writers, public servants, media specialists, those who seek to improve our use and protection of our state’s natural resources, and many other workforce professionals.

I cannot begin to believe that any other institution of higher learning in our state has accomplished so much in so short a time. The future is very bright for RSU. The School of Arts and Sciences promises to seize upon the opportunities in the next decade to deliver quality programs that prove to be pertinent and relative to our workforce demands and the quality of life standards.

“All religions, arts and sciences are branches of the same tree. All these aspirations are directed toward ennobling man’s life, lifting it from the sphere of mere physical existence and leading the individual towards freedom.” – Albert Einstein
