Hillcat Card

The Hillcat Card is a prepaid card for all campus purchases, including meals.

The Hillcat Card is the official photo identification card for all students, faculty and staff members.

The card includes a debit feature, streamlining all campus transactions into a single card. Cardholders are able to perform a variety of functions with the new card, from checking out books in the library to purchasing books at the campus bookstore to purchasing food in the RSU Café in the Student Union or the Coffee Shop in the Stratton Taylor Library on the Claremore campus.

All food purchases on campus may be made with the Hillcat Card. Students may prepay their meals on campus with the new card. The debit feature allows the cardholder to deposit funds into an account from which all purchases on campus can be subtracted. Deposits may be made at the Bursar's Office on the second floor of Markham Hall.

Student must present a copy of their current class schedule at the Student Activities Office before an Identification Card will be issued. Cards may be obtained at the Student Activities Office located in the Student Union Building.

Replacement Cards: If cards are lost or stolen, there will be a $20.00 replacement fee. Contact the Student Affairs Office.
