Student Code of Conduct

All students are responsible for abiding by the rules and regulations set forth in the Rogers State University Student Code of Conduct and Responsibilities. The Office of Student Development is responsible for the administration of the non-academic sections of the code (Title 14).

Student Disruptions

Please use the following form to report any student conduct that has the effect of disturbing the educational operations of the university. This form is for faculty and staff only.

Faculty have the professional responsibility to set reasonable standards and behavioral expectations for their classroom and the obligation to take the appropriate course of action when student behavior substantially interferes with the ability of a faculty member to teach or the ability of other students to learn.

The faculty member can handle most inappropriate behaviors at the time of the disruption; however, some situations may require consultation, University disciplinary action, and/or immediate emergency response.

Threat Assessment Review Committee (TARC)

TARC is the committee that meets regularly to consider reports of individuals displaying anti-social or abnormal behavior. TARC assesses potential threats to the safety and well-being of the University community and takes appropriate action.

In event that you observe someone demonstrating troubling or odd behavior that concerns you, you should contact TARC. Below are some of the main phone numbers to call. In event of emergency, please call 911.
