Stratton Taylor Library
Stratton Taylor Library has been named a federal and state depository. This library is a congressionally designated depository for U.S. Government documents. Public access to the government documents collection is guaranteed by public law (Title 44 United States Code).
Stratton Taylor Library became a selective, or partial, depository for federal government publications and information in the summer of 2006. Government documents have been selected in various formats. Electronic documents are available online. The formats include paper, microfiche, CD, DVD and electronic. Titles can be accessed through our online catalog.
Stratton Taylor Library became a member of the Oklahoma state publications depository system in May 2008. The Oklahoma Publications Clearinghouse of the Oklahoma Department of Libraries was created in 1978 by the legislation to establish the state publications depository system. It collects and preserves publications from all state agencies in Oklahoma. The Clearinghouse also distributes agency publications to 17 state depository members.
Stratton Taylor Library is now receiving materials from the Clearinghouse. The publications can be found in the STL online catalog. Electronic versions of documents can be accessed from links in the online catalog. The print publications may be read in the depository but are not available for checkout.
