Student Government Association (PR Director 2 years, current President), Vice President of the Honors Program, Alpha Chi

Hobbies:
Volunteering at the Tulsa SPCA, reading, running, piano, hanging out with friends, playing with my dog, attempting to paint, scrapbooking, listening to music.

Goals:
Because making sure the students' ideas are heard and acted upon is such a vital aspect in running the government, I want to make sure that there is a definitive link between the students and SGA. My goal is to make sure this link is strong so SGA can help make this campus a place we all want it to be, not just a few select people. I hope to be the liaison between the two so we can make the students' ideas a reality by working together. I want to show that student government is not an intimidating or threatening entity; it is simply a group of students just like you who are trying to make a difference by implementing ideas that will make this campus an even greater place to learn, work, and/or live.

Goals:
As an active member on campus I hope to see Student Government lead the students in a positive growing direction. I hope to pass new legislation that makes the processes within Student Government clearer. I also hope to get a better grasp on what the students on campus need and put that change into place. RSU has a lot of potential as we transition to NCAA. I want Student Government to me an active positive member in this transition.

My goal with SGA is to learn as much as I can about government activities and legislature so that I can use this knowledge to better the college experience for RSU students. Senior, Medical/Molecular Biology Major

Organizations:
Student Government Association

Hobbies:
Hanging with friends and family, spending time with my animals, watching movies.

Goals:
My goals in SGA are to make students aware that the organization exists for them. I believe that SGA is a powerful organization that works to make students' needs and concerns known to the governing body of the university. My main goal is to raise student awareness of SGA as an advocate for students; whether the problem is great or small makes no difference.
