Thomas M. Volturo
Executive Vice President for Administration and Finance
Thomas Volturo is responsible for a variety of business functions for the university, including accounting, auditing, budgeting, fiscal management, and human resources.
Volturo formerly served as Vice President for Fiscal Affairs and Auxiliary Enterprises at East Central University in Ada, Okla.
As Vice President for Fiscal Affairs and Auxiliary Enterprises at ECU in Ada, Volturo was responsible for all accounting and budgeting functions. He served as the administrator for six university departments, including physical plant, duplicating, accounting, purchasing, business offices and switchboard.
Previously, Volturo served as Assistant State Auditor and Inspector for the Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector’s Office; Director of Internal Audits for the Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges; Assistant Director of the State Auditor and Inspector’s Office; and Systems Analyst for Tulsa County Data Processing;. He also held several positions at the State Examiner and Inspector’s Office.
He received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University and an associate degree in business from St. Gregory’s College.
He is a member of a wide variety of professional and civic organizations.
