About Us

Facilities & Rental Rates

Constructed in 2005, the Innovation Center stands as a unique cornerstone to the RSU Claremore campus. The Innovation Center is approximately 7,000 sq. ft. and can house up to 10 businesses. Space in the building may be licensed to private companies for offices, research labs, or light manufacturing areas.

The Innovation Center is equipped with videoconferencing equipment, high-speed copier, small business library, scanner and much more.

Use of Conference Rooms

The Innovation Center’s conference rooms are available for use by local companies and community organizations, subject to space availability and a modest rental fee  . For availability and reservations, please contact the Innovation Center at 918-343-7533.

Small Conference Rooms

Small Conference Room

  • Two rooms available
  • Approximately 150 sq. ft. each
  • Seats up to 8 people
  • Great for board meetings or client meetings

 

 

Large Conference Room

  • Large Conference RoomApproximately 600 sq. ft.
  • Seats up to 32 people
  • Fully equipped with
    • computer
    • projection equipment and screen
    • videoconferencing equipment
    • electronic whiteboard

Shared Office Space

The Innovation Center offers options for non-resident clients to take advantage of some of the center’s facilities and services. Clients who seek shared space and occasional use of conference facilities can become non-resident incubator clients. There are two types of non-resident clients, Option A and Option B.

Setup fee of $75

> $150 per quarter, payable in advance, no refunds
> Business counseling

Use of small conference rooms, not to exceed 10 hours per month. Must be scheduled through Business Services Coordinator

Admission to Innovation Center workshops (excludes contracted classes)

> Use of small and large conference rooms, not to exceed 10 hours per month in small rooms and 2 hours per month in large room, does not include audio-visual equipment or videoconferencing. Audio-visual and videoconferencing available for $40 per hour. Must be scheduled through Business Services Coordinator

Access to shared office – 8 hours per week, includes:

  • Computer
  • High speed internet
  • Scanner
  • Color ink jet printer
  • Small business resources
