Facilities & Rental Rates
The Innovation Center’s conference rooms are available for use by local companies and community organizations, subject to space availability and a modest rental fee . The Center is approximately 7,000 sq. ft. and can house up to 10 businesses. Space in the building may be licensed to private companies for offices, research labs, or light manufacturing areas. The Center is equipped with videoconferencing equipment, high-speed copier, small business library, scanner and much more.

Small Conference Rooms:
- Two rooms available
- Approximately 150 sq. ft. each
- Seats up to 8 people
- Great for board meetings or client meetings
Large Conference Room:
- Approximately 600 sq. ft.
- Seats up to 32 people
- Fully equipped with

- projection equipment and screen
- videoconferencing equipment
- electronic whiteboard
Shared Office Space:
The Innovation Center offers options for non-resident clients to take advantage of some of the center’s facilities and services. Clients who seek shared space and occasional use of conference facilities can utilize shared collaborative space. The space is available Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm with the exception of university holidays.
Shared Collaborative Space Available
- $50 per month
- Access to shared workstations
- Use of small conference rooms, not to exceed 10 hours per month. Audio-visual and videoconferencing available for $40 per hour. Must be scheduled through Business Services Coordinator
