Checklist

Following is a list of items and documents you will need to have completed and signed before attending Hillcamp. There is also a list of items to bring with you on the day you attend our camp.

        Completed application form on file along with payment of $20

        Completed liability form. Please mail in liability forms with your applications.

• Students who will be under the age of 18 on the day of camp must have a parent or guardian complete the MINOR liability form
• All students 18 and over on the day of camp can fill out their own standard liability form

        >A small bag/backpack packed with:

• Swimsuit
• Towel
• Sunscreen
• Bug Repellent
• Water Bottle
• Camera (optional)

        Wear cool, comfortable clothing on camp day.

• Tennis shoes are HIGHLY recommended.
• We will be participating in outside activities where sandals/flip flops will not be appropriate.

        A good attitude and above all, come ready to have the time of your life!
