Checklist

Following is a list of items and documents you will need to have completed and signed before attending Hillcamp.

There is also a list of items to bring with you on the day you attend our camp.

√	Completed application form on file along with payment of $20
√	Completed liability form. Please mail in liability forms with your applications. Students who will be under the age of 18 on the day of camp (August 9th) must have a parent or guardian complete the MINOR liability form . All students 18 and over on the day of camp (August 9th) can fill out their own standard liability form .
√	A small bag/backpack packed with: swimsuit towel sunscreen bug repellent water bottle camera (optional)
√	Wear cool, comfortable clothing on camp day. Tennis shoes are HIGHLY recommended. We will be participating in outside activities where sandals/flip flops will not be appropriate.
√	A good attitude and above all, come ready to have the time of your life!!!!
