Dr. Carolyn Taylor received a doctoral degree in political science/higher education from Oklahoma State University, and a master’s degree in political science and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Oklahoma. Her areas of academic specialty include American federal, state and local government. She is gathering research for two books under development. She served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1984-92.
