Transcript Requests

Academic transcripts may be obtained from the Registrar’s Office, Markham Hall, 1701 W. Will Rogers Blvd, Claremore, OK 74017 Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8-5).

  • You may request a transcript in-person, mail or fax
  • Transcripts are furnished free
  • Current RSU students can access semester grades and unofficial transcripts through the Hillcat Hub

Official Transcripts

Each request for an official transcript must include the student's signature, in accordance with federal legislation. Because of confidentiality concerns, telephone and e-mail requests cannot be honored.

Note: If you have an outstanding financial obligation to the University, your transcript cannot be processed until that has been satisfied through the Bursar's Office 918-343-7558. Other holds may also stop transcripts from being sent. Students with holds will be sent a letter stating which hold they are on. Once you have cleared your hold with the appropriate department you can resubmit a request for your transcript to be processed.

Online Transcript Requests

Complete the online transcript request from with the required information below. You will be required to create a login for the dynamic forms system.

  • Full name (Note: Students using more than one name during the academic period MUST furnish a complete list of these names in order to avoid delays.)
  • Student ID number
  • Date of birth
  • Date(s) of attendance at RSU and/or graduation date
  • Number of transcripts requested
  • Address(es) where transcripts are to be mailed and the number of copies to each address (if applicable)
  • Phone number and address to contact in the event more information is needed

Once the online application has been submitted the transcript will be mailed out the following business day as long as there are no holds on your account. If you have a hold with the Bursar, Financial Aid, or have a transcript hold with Admissions you will be sent an e-mail to resolve your hold status. You will need to resubmit your transcript request once the hold has been cleared. Transcripts prior to 1983 are not able to be requested online.

How to Order a Transcript In-Person

  • When ordering a transcript in-person, you must complete the request form obtained in one of the three RSU campus locations.
  • The official transcript may be picked up in-person at the Registrar’s Office in Claremore.
  • Photo ID is required.

How to order an Electronic Transcript (eSCRIP-SAFE)

When ordering an electronic transcript by mail or fax, you must furnish documentation containing the following information:

  • Full name (Note: Students using more than one name during the academic period MUST furnish a complete list of these names in order to avoid delay.)
  • Student ID number or Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Date(s) of attendance at RSU and/or graduation date
  • Email Address(es) where transcripts are to be emailed and/or the school FICE code if applicable
  • Phone number, address, and email to contact in the event more information is needed and email notification of delivery
  • Photo Identification (Student ID or Drivers License)
  • Complete the eSCRIP-SAFE Transcript Request Form  *
  • Send copy of photo Identification (Student ID or Drivers License)

*SIGNATURE--A transcript CANNOT be processed without the signature of the student. This must be an original signature. Computer generated signatures are not sufficient to meet federal legislation.

Unofficial Transcripts

  • Unofficial transcripts are available from 8:00-5:00, Monday through Friday, in the Registrar’s Office.
  • Students must present photo identification (RSU Student I.D. or Driver's License) to receive all transcripts.
  • There is no charge for this service.
  • Current students may also access their unofficial transcripts by logging into their Hillcat Hub account.
