RSU Raises Funds for Big Brothers, Big Sisters

Rogers State University students, faculty and staff members recently raised more than $3,500 for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Rogers County.

Seven teams from RSU participated in Bowl for Kids’ Sake, an annual fundraising event for the organization.

The “Alley Cats” raised nearly $600, more than any other bowling team in the RSU Golden Pin Challenge.

They joined RSU President Dr. Larry Rice and about 30 other RSU students, faculty and staff in participating in the event as part of RSU’s commitment to community service and outreached. The event was held March 27 at The Lanes at Coffee Creek in Owasso.

Thank you to everyone who participated in Bowl for Kids' Sake.
