Non-Academic Student Conduct

The purpose of the committee is to hear appeals of cases resulting in temporary suspension, suspension, expulsion, degree revocation or recision of credit of students. Any act by a properly constituted committee, where at least five members of the committee (with at least one being a student) are present, shall be binding. Issues concerning non-academic student conduct will be addressed in accordance with the provisions set forth in Title 13 of the Non-Academic Code of Conduct. The committee will submit its recommendations to the University President. 

Membership 2014-2015

The committee will be composed of three faculty members (including one from each school), two students, and two staff members. The Committee on Committees will appoint the faculty members; the Student Government Association will appoint the student members; the University President will appoint the staff members.
