RSU’s 96th Commencement Ceremony

Commencement Speaker

Oklahoma Representative Tad Jones will be the commencement speaker for both ceremonies. Rep Jones was first elected to the House of Representatives in 1998.

Currently, he serves as Chair of the Education Committee and Vice Chair of the Appropriations and Budget Committee.

Jones received a business and marketing degree from the University of Tulsa and he and his wife, Samantha, live in Claremore with their two children.

DVD

• RSU Public Television will record the ceremony in its entirety
• DVDs will be available for purchase for $20.00

Diploma

• Diplomas are mailed to graduates within 8-10 weeks of the commencement ceremony
• To ensure you receive your diploma, make sure all holds have been cleared from your account
• Holds may be for transcripts, immunizations, bursar, library, etc.
• If you do not receive your diploma by the end of the 10-week period, contact the Office of Enrollment Management
