Tell us a little about you – hometown, major, a fun fact, and your favorite thing about RSU.
I am from Owasso, Oklahoma. My major is history and I am a sport management minor. A fun fact about me is that I run half-marathons. My favorite thing about RSU is how personal it is – I can really tell my professors care about me.

Why do you want to be Homecoming Queen?
I want to be RSU’s Homecoming Queen because I am extremely passionate about RSU, and I know I can represent the university in a positive and professional way. I love Rogers State, and being RSU’s Queen would be one of the most amazing parts of my senior year.

Tell us a little about you – hometown, major, a fun fact, and your favorite thing about RSU.
Hi, my name is Kimberly! I was born here, in Claremore, 22 years ago. My major is General Studies with a focus on Political Science, Philosophy, and Humanities. With my degree, I plan to attend law school, where I will study International Law and Human Rights. A fun fact about me is that I LOVE cats. If I see a cat that seems abandoned, I take it home and find it an owner (or keep it). My favorite thing about RSU would be Hunter the Hillcat, because he is a cat. Also, small class sizes are a huge plus! It allows for me to get to know my professors better.

Why do you want to be Homecoming Queen?
‘I’m not the queen you thought you wanted, but the queen you deserve.’ #batmanreferences. But in all seriousness, I have been involved on campus for as long as I can remember. I was a Senator for SGA before taking on the role of Chief Justice for the RSU SGA Supreme Court. I was a Resident Assistant and still work for Kyla in Residential Life. I am Vice President of PR and Recruitment for Alpha Sigma Alpha. I do my best to be involved, whether it’s on campus, in the community, or in my organizations. As Homecoming Queen, I would represent our university with the Poise and Purpose instilled in me by my sorority. I love this university and, if I were to become Homecoming Queen, I’d serve this school in every way possible.

I am from a small town in Ontario, Canada, called Williamstown. I am a communications major, specializing in TV/Radio broadcasting, and minoring in Sociology. A fun fact about myself is that I play on the RSU varsity men’s golf team. My favorite thing about RSU is the close connection I have with all my professors, due to nice small classes.
