• B.L.E.S.S. Fund, Inc (Bartlesville Lincoln Elementary School Scholarship)
• ConocoPhillips Petroleum Opportunity Scholarship
• Dewey High School Scholarship Fund

Daybreak Rotary Scholarship (Two scholarships of $1,000 each)

• Targets non-traditional adult students living within a 45-mile radius of Bartlesville
• Applicants must complete RSU’s scholarship application and attach a three-paragraph essay written by the applicant explaining what has inspired them to return to school, what the scholarship/education would mean to the applicant, etc.
• Applications due to Connie Beair, Suite 702 Bartlesville, by November 20, 2009, with awards made for the Spring 2010 semester.
