Project ASPIRE is a cooperative program involving the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education and the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.  It is designed to serve economically disadvantaged students planning to enter the workforce.  Eligible students participate in Adult Basic Education and employment skills training based on their individual needs and goals.
