 ACADEMIC POLICIES & PROCEDURESAcademic PoliciesField TripsWhen it is desirable for groups of students to be absent from classes for a part of a whole day for excursions or field trips in connection with some class or extra-curricular activity, arrangement should be made in advance so that the effect on the total instructional program may be considered. Absence from classes as a result of a field trip does not in any way relieve a student from responsibility for the work missed. Satisfactory arrangements should be made in advance with the faculty members involved. |
