Ledbetter Hall

Named for Col. Homer M. Ledbetter, a former president of OMA, this building is a duplicate of Downs Hall. This facility serves as housing for RSU students, their spouses, and their families.

Downs Hall

Named for Captain Walter E. Downs, Jr., son of former OMA President Col. Walter E. Downs. Captain Downs was a former cadet and a casualty of World War II.  This facility serves as housing for RSU students, their spouses, and their families. The RSU Student Health Center is also located in the northeast corner of Downs Hall.
