Cliff Layton received a
master’s degree in mathematics from the
University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s degree
in mathematics from East Central University. He
has also studied computer science at California
State University-Northridge. He has published,
presented, and consulted extensively in his
areas of expertise, which include Java, C++, and Ada computer languages, object-oriented software
engineering, artificial intelligence fields,
World Wide Web and listserv systems, distance learning, network operating systems,
and virtual networking systems. He has actively participated
with numerous local, state, regional and
national groups to support and promote distance
learning initiatives. |
